improvements:
- Dual Xteq EQ5 default setting = on
- DCA level meters are pre DCA fader now
- remote control via X-Touch (ethernet and MIDI) and MCU (MIDI)
- MIDI CC dump request (B0 7F 7F)
- all MIDI CCs dumped on power-on and snapshot load
- MIDI CC status of mute groups corrected (were inverted)
